Information Sharing: Mobile Opt in, SMS Consent, and phone numbers collected for SMS communication purposes will not be shared with any third party or affiliates for marketing purposes.

5. SMS Communications and Data Handling

We use RingCentral, Inc. as our third-party SMS service provider to send appointment reminders, follow-up communications, and practice notifications via text message. When you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to SMS communications:

  • Your phone number and message content are transmitted to RingCentral for message delivery purposes only
  • RingCentral processes STOP, HELP, and UNSTOP keywords on our behalf for opt-out management
  • SMS message logs and delivery receipts may be retained by RingCentral for compliance and troubleshooting
  • We do not share your information with RingCentral for marketing or analytics purposes
  • Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan
